全固态(晶体管)高频管应加热的特点
一、 与传统加热方式(氧气、乙炔、煤或油加热)的比较:
1、清洁,无强烈的热辐射和烟尘,符合环保要求.
2、体积小,安装、操作方便,即开即用,停顿期间不耗电.
3、快速透热,减少表面氧化.
4、可局部尤其是小面积加热,且加热温度均匀.对于锻件,表面不会脱碳.锻件质量明显提高,同时也延长了模具寿命.
5、高频设备效率大于90%,损耗低,节电显著,生产成本较低.
6、安装方便,接通水源,电源即可使用,几分钟就学会.
二、与老式电子管高频相比:
1、相同功率,全固态(晶体管)高频损耗小、效率高,能耗仅为电子管高频的20-30%.
2、全固态高频有小功率机型,能满足许多小工件加热(钎焊、热处理、热成型)要求,无需用电子管高频,因而选用全固态(晶体管)高频投资小,成本低.
3、晶体管高频体积小,占地面积小,而相同功率的电子管高频占地面积要大几倍.

Full-solid (transistor) HF induction heating apparatus Characteristics:
Ⅰ.compared with traditional heating methods (oxygen, acetylene, coal or oil heating):
1、clean, without intensive heat radiation and soot, in line with the standard of environment protection.
2、small volume, easiness to install and operate, plug and play, without any power consumption during stop.
3、quick diathermancy to reduce surface oxidation.
4、 it can realize local uniform heating. For forging piece, it can’t cause surface decarburization, so it can improve forging piece’ quality and prolong mould’ service life.
5、 the efficiency of HF equipment is higher than 90%; low consumption, energy saving and low cost.

Ⅱ.compared with old vacuum-tube-type HF:
1、low consumption and high efficiency; In energy consumption, it only is 20-30% that of vacuum-tube-type HF.
2、Full-solid HF has small power type, which can meet the requirement of heating of small pieces (braze welding, heat treatment and heat molding), with no need of vacuum-tube-type HF; less investment and low cost.
3、 the taking area of vacuum-tube-type HF is several times that of transistor HF.
